Employee: Nastya - Maybe I was used to other salons showing you how the colour you chose looks on your nail. I didn’t like the colour of my nails and when I asked if it would be possible to change it, the lady aggressively told me that she doesn’t speak English and I should ask her colleague. I completely understand that it wasn’t possible but she looked very annoyed and aggressive. Definitely will not visit again or recommend this salon.

All of you were fighting among yourselves, which I found unprofessional even if it was in Russian and not meant to be understood. I also felt judged for asking if it was possible to mix two colors : you acted as if it was obvious that BIAB couldn't be mixed but it's not for non professionals. The manager's answer could have been more polite. The nails are fine but I will not be coming back as I didn't like the experience at your salon.
