Employee: Khrystyna.O - After being a loyal client for three years, I feel bad leaving a negative review for my appointment today, but it was the worst experience I've had so far. The nail artist surprised me by saying that shortening and shaping nails is not included in a Russian manicure. Then what is included? The work on my cuticles was very mediocre as well, not as thorough and careful as the standard I was used to in this salon. Not to mention, the nail artist was speaking on the phone while doing my nails, which is beyond my level of acceptance. And the cherry on top - no welcome and not even a glass of water was offered, not that I would dare to expect tea or coffee… fully disappointed.

Employee: Mariana - Hoewel Elena mooi werk levert, vond ik de ervaring oncomfortabel. Het apparaat voor het schoonmaken van het nagelbed was erg heet, en ik moest dit twee keer aangeven. Mijn huid rond mijn nagels voelt nu branderig en gevoelig aan. Ze probeerde mijn voeten telkens in een goede in positie te brengen, maar dit was ongemakkelijk doordat ze mijn voeten heen en weer draaide en erop drukte. Dit leidde ertoe dat mijn benen, voeten, heupen, en onderrug nu pijnlijk en verstijfd aanvoelen. Ik had na een lange werkweek op ontspanning gehoopt.
